Biglows Bungalow is a spacious 1600 sq ft house in Gulfside Cottages of Miramar Beach. 4 bedrooms plus a tower room provide ample sleeping quarters for up to 13 people in 1 king, 2 queens, 1 twin over double bunk, 2 queen sofa beds.

The tower room has a gulf view. Two porches for catching the gulf breezes and a carport for your car and grilling add to your beach experience. The cottage is within steps of the private beach walkover with no roads to cross. Sands Designer Mall, the largest in the country, is within walking distance as well as resturants and all the other activities that Destin/Sandestin are noted for.

Biglows Bungalow is tastefully decorated in a blue, white, and yellow cottage style that is both sophisticated yet casual. Ammenities include TVs/DVDs in most rooms. It is next door to the heated pool which is great for familes that need to keep tabs on the kids.

$180 cleaning fee and 11% tax, $85 Damage Waiver/Reservation fee is added to rate. 50% of rental amount is due within 5 days of reserving with remaining amount due 30 days prior to occupancy. If reserved less than 30 days prior to occupancy date, the full amount is due within 5 days of reserving. Checks or cash are the preferred payment form and renter will receive a 3.5% discount off the price for this method of payment. All major credit cards accepted. Guests should report any damage observed at the beginning of their stay so they will not be charged. Holiday rate is a daily rate.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days after your original booking date with no charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 7 days from booking date with out the purchase of CSA Travel Protection Insurance. CSA Travel Protection Insurance is optional but strongly encouraged. No refunds will be made in the event of a mandatory evacuation if guest does not purchase CSA insurance. Travel Insurance is 6.5% of total. For questions concerning travel insurance, please call CSA directly at 800-554-9839.

Age Requirements: We do not rent to groups of singles under 25 years of age.
